L.A 2001
In this series of serigraphies, Alé de Basseville transforms the human body into a field of pure chromatic tension. Neon blues, infrared reds and electric yellows replace natural skin, revealing a figure poised between desire and digitization. The serigraphic layers act like new skins. Each deposit of pigment alters the body, turning the photographic source into a radiant post-human presence. These works explore how beauty, identity and technology merge in a world shaped by images and signal.
Chromatic Flesh Protocol presents bodies not as portraits but as transformed beings, printed into myth and light.
